A Step-By-Step Guide to Planning Your Hoof Care for Horse Owners Workshop Experience!
Step 1
Register
This reserves your place in the Workshop. Because new students are limited to only twelve (12) per Workshop, it’s important to register early.
Step 2
Pay Deposit
Depending on how close to the Workshop start date you register, you can secure your place by paying either a $200 deposit or the entire amount due. Payment instructions can be found at the link on the right/below.
Step 3
Book Accommodations
If traveling from out of town, you can stay at either the White Stallion Ranch (the Workshop venue) or at one of the other area hotels. Accommodations information for the White Stallion Ranch can be found at the link on the right/below, while a list of area hotels to and from which we provide transportation can be found here.
Step 4
Book Travel
The closest airport to the Workshop venue is Tucson International Airport (TUS). We can provide transportation to and from the airport. Because the Workshop begins on Monday at 8:30AM and ends on Thursday at 6:00PM, we recommend arriving on the preceding Sunday afternoon and leaving on the following Friday morning.
Step 5
Obtain Tools
If you’re attending the full Workshop (as opposed to the Lecture Only option) you’ll need just a few tools for trimming. Check out the link on the right/below for a list and description of tools as well as a couple of places you can purchase them.
Step 6
Share Your Plans
Keep an eye out for the several emails we’ll be sending your way throughout this process, because we’ll need to know your travel plans! And contact us if you have questions.
Step 7
Pay Your Balance
Any remaining balance for the Workshop is due 30 days before the start date of the Workshop. You can see the payment options at the link on the right/below.
Step 8
Get Ready…
…for a fabulous learning experience! For more information about the Workshop schedule, the Workshop venue, the weather, etc. see the link on the right/below.
