How to Register

Securing your place in a Workshop can be done by filling out the following form and paying either a $200 deposit or the entire amount due. If a Workshop is already full, you will be placed on a waitlist by registration date, and will be notified of an open place for you when/if one becomes available. This may occur at any time prior to the start date of a Workshop. If a spot opens up but you are unable to attend, you can either receive a full refund or apply your deposit/payment to a future Workshop.

Payment

We accept payment in two (2) forms: Zelle® and personal check.

Zelle® is a secure, easy-to-use, no-fee method of making payments directly to our bank. You can check to see if your bank uses Zelle® here, but if it doesn’t, you can easily set up a Zelle® account with a Mastercard® or Visa® credit or debit card by downloading the mobile app from the Apple® App Store or Google Play Store™. You can find more information on setting up and using a Zelle® account here.  Please search for steven.hebrock@prodigy.net, Steven Hebrock, or 3308135434 to direct payment to us. It will appear on Zelle® as “Renaissance Technology Inc.”

Terms & Conditions

Your registration date is considered to be the date the registration form is received, as long as payment ($200 deposit or full amount due) is deposited/postmarked no later than five (5) business days after receipt of the registration form. If payment is deposited/postmarked more than five (5) business days after receipt of the registration form, the date payment is actually deposited/received will become your registration date.

Any balance due must be received in full no later than thirty (30) days before the start of a Workshop.

Requests for cancellation with full refund must be received via email at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Workshop to allow those on our wait list adequate time to make the necessary travel arrangements. Requests for cancellation within thirty (30) days of the start of the Workshop must be received via email, and you will receive a full refund minus a fee to cover the cost of materials as follows: New, Returning, or Prior Students – $200 cancellation fee; Lecture Only students – $50 cancellation fee. Requests for cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the start of the Workshop must be received via email, and the full amount of your deposit/payment will be credited towards a future Workshop offering.

If Enlightened Equine Workshops must cancel a Workshop at any time for any reason, all payments will be refunded to you in full.
